1.1kg ikan

2.1/2 kg bwg merah

3.3 ulas bwg putih

4.6 btg serai

5.2 inci halia

6.santan dr sebiji klp

7.gula dan garam secukupnya

8.lada kering kisar (ikut kepedasan yang disukai)

9. 3-4 asam keping

cara-cara : bhn2 kecuali ikan dan santan di blend…sampai hancur dan dimasukkan kedalam kuali bersama santan.

ikan direbus dan diambil isi…blend tulang dan tapis ..ambil airnya sahaja..masukkan kedalam kuali..kacau dan masukkan gula garm..masak dgn api perlahan..hingga kering.(biasanya 4-5jam)

menghasilkan..1/2kg serunding ikan..selamat mencuba.
